The concrete in the Basement ICF Walls for Stehr House in Highland Twp Michigan was placed on Oct-06-2006.

The basement walls are going to be waterproofed using Dri-Wall Prefabricated Composite Drain (PCD). The backfill will then be placed against the PCD.

We are on a hilly terrain. The site slopes up primarily towards the North-East side. From the pictures I present here you will notice that we located Pam and Gary Stehr's house so that the whole front side of the house to the West is a walk-out and on the East side, the First Floor of the house will land just near the top of the hill.

Here we are looking South-East at the full length walk-out on the West side -- and then the winding driveway making the scenic route from the South-West end of the property -- Wow ... love the scenery!
