Oct-26-2006 Update
from our portfolio of Recent Projects

Our Recent-Projects Include New Construction As-Well-As Addition and Renovation of House, Commercial, Condo, Light-Industrial, Multi-Family Buildings, ...

We had obtained the Well Permit from Oakland County back in August this year before getting the building permit for Gary and Pam Stehr's new ICF house.

We had couple of field meetings with the well drilling contractor and We selected the spot for drilling the water well at a location safely away from the septic field as well as a point that was suitable for the well drilling rig.

Chris and Dave and their rig worked hard -- kept drilling till they hit a good water vein at some 241 ft below grade. It is my understanding that one of the neighbors also had to go over 200 ft with their well. By the time I left at around 5:00 PM, Chris and Dave were starting to wrap up for the day and come back the next day -- hopefully it will be working weather tomorrow -- we will see how it goes.
