Sep-29-2006 Update
from our portfolio of Recent Projects

Our Recent-Projects Include New Construction As-Well-As Addition and Renovation of House, Commercial, Condo, Light-Industrial, Multi-Family Buildings, ...

Finally we have every one on board to get this major task of concrete placement on the Third Floor happen on Friday, Sep-29-2006. The floor consists of concrete over metal deck supported on steel joists which in turn are supported on ICF walls. Although we used flat stock Welded Wire Fabric as reinforcement, we also used fiber in the concrete.

The building is being rebuilt as an energy efficient building with ICF walls all the way to the Third Floor. In the following I present some picture slides. The first two pictures were taken on Sep-18-2006 during my Field Visit for readiness for concrete placement.

This picture is taken from on top of the Third Floor. The metal deck is in good shape and will adequately support the concrete of the Third Floor ... Picture_1
