Today, I signed off on as-built drawings for the New ICF House by Merit Builders submittal to the Oakland County Building Department official Bill Benoit.

I have not posted a whole lot about this House. The last update I had posted on this ICF House was going all the way back to Apr-20-2006.

John Merit and Andy have done a Great Job on this house.

Since we have missed a whole lot following up on the progress of this house, today I am going to post some pictures from my Aug-2006 visit. I will sure post the the latest pictures in a future update in a few days.
