As I had stated in my Apr-14-2006 update, this house was not originally planned as an ICF House. The building permit obtained was for a stick built house.
Yes, the Building Official did require that for metal framing of interior walls and floors, a drawing be submitted documenting compliance with 2003 MRC Section R603 for Walls and R505 for Floors -- a copy of the
drawing EneE1yae-104-03 is posted here.
This is the drawing to document metal framing for interior walls and floors of the ICF house.
