In my post of Apr-04-2007, I talked about Setting-Up-Business-Facility-On-Existing-Property-In-Romulus-Michigan.

The existing property is on a multi-acre site located on Ecorse Road in Romulus Michigan. There are a number of existing buildings on the property.

Storage areas will be created for various landscaping materials, such as various types and sizes of stone, aggregate, soils, mulch, and so forth.

Here I present a laout of the existing facilities and the location of the site.

I have met with the City of Romulus Planning Oficials. The site plan will need to address items such as proper land utilization, access to all the facilities, site drainage, areas that need to be paved and so forth. I will talk more about the budget for the Site Plan Iitems in my next post.
