Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant & Pub on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Twp Michigan -- Building Addition and Upgrading

Today, on Jul-09-2008 Bob Martin Jr. and his crew of Reddi-Wall Inc. was on the job site to remove the ICF wall bracing system from the Second Floor deck.

Dave Dotson and crew of Steel Beam Inc. started to install the Steel-Stud-Supported-EPS-Panels on the South side of the building addition. The Steel-Stud-Supported-EPS-Panels are manufactured by Bob Martin Sr.'s Steel Studs and Joists LLC. Bob Martin Sr. was on the job site to direct the installation of the EPS Panels.

Marler Harlow and his crew of Marler Harlow and Sons Construction was on the job site to protect and waterproof the Northside Gable of the existing building.

In my last post on the project, I showed you the Jul-08-2008-Update.

I present here a few pictures that I took on the job site today. I will keep you posted with work progress as we go along.
