In Rehabilitation of Commercial Building-3 in Wayne Michigan post of Feb-12-2007, I talked about that the building was on City Of wayne's Dangerous Building List

All the necessary work to ensure the structural integrity of the building as I had described in Rehabilitation of Commercial Building-2 in Wayne Michigan in my post of Feb-08-2007 has been successfully completed.

Hassan Oseili, the contractor had completed the building repair/modification work. The owners did the clean up work -- ensuring that no combustible material was removed from the building, all loose ends had been tied up and there were no potential trip hazards in the building.

The Building Official and the Fire Marshall inspected the completed work and gave it an OKay. At the City of Wayne's hearing on Mar-19-2007, the Board gave it all clear signal -- and gave the Good News that the building was off the Dangerous Building List.

In the following I have posted a small drawing of the facility with the needed modifications having been implemented. What the owners have now is a White Box or Vanilla Box that is structurally sound ready to be put to use as a commercial building.
