Rehabilitating-A-Foreclosed-House-In-Dearborn-Michigan-Part1-Project-OseH1-104 -- Rehabilitating A Foreclosed House -- Restoring Structural Integrity

The contractor Quality One Construction has done some limited amount of work -- primarily in the front porch area, and some preparatory work in the main part of the house. The contractor has submitted drawings for the Building Department approval.

Here are some pictures of the exterior of the house as of Mar-30-2009 -- I will keep you posted with more details as we move further along.
