Rebuild Fire Damaged House in Washington Township Michigan

In my last post on this project, Rebuild-Fire-Damaged-House-In-Washington-Township-Michigan I had presented the information I gave to the home-owner regarding the setback requirements of the Building Department.

The home-owner is submitting all the information related to the claim for damages from fire to his house. The insurance company would need all the related documents for processing the home-owner's claim.

In this post I present the location plan of the house delineating the location of the existing fire damaged house on the property.

For the new house that would replace the fire damaged house, we would most likely need a new site survey and topo of the site.

I will keep you posted with the progress on this project as we go along.
