There is an existing 8 inch panel ICF wall and footing. We are going to add a new 8 inch panel ICF wall and footing.

The footing for the new ICF wall is at a lower level. The soil conditions were such that it was not necessary to provide a stepped footing. I specified doweling in the new wall to the existing wall.
