In my post Modifying-Existing-Trusses-to-Carve-Out-a-Room-in-the-Garage-Attic I had discussed the strategy for structural modification of the trusses to carve out a room in the Garage attic.

In my post Modifying-Existing-Trusses-to-Carve-Out-a-Room-in-the-Garage-Attic-2 I had posted the design drawings for the project.

In response to a call from Ted Grammatico, the builder, I was on the project site today, Aug-29-2007. The modification of the trusses in the Garage is essentially complete. The guys today were working on the West side Gable of the Garage -- installing a new window for the newly carved out room.

Here I present some progress pictures of work on the project.
