Project PonV1-101
from our portfolio of Recent Projects

Our Recent-Projects Include New Construction As-Well-As Addition and Renovation of House, Commercial, Condo, Light-Industrial, Multi-Family Buildings, ...

This single story building with a pitched roof had its HVAC units located at grade level. For security reasons, the owners decided to relocate the units and move them on to the roof of the building. The building has a pitched roof with a small flat section. With the selected location of the roof top units, the units are carried partly on the exterior wall of the building and partly on the roof trusses.

The building has a main street frontage and is detached on all four sides. It is a neat little good looking building that has been well maintained. I present here some pictures of the building that I took during my field visit of Sep-24-2008.

I will present the installation details in the next post.
