Guniting is a specialty operation that requires experienced personnel, right equipment and proper planning for mobilizing, demobilizing, bounce-back and so on from the beginning to the end of the guniting operation.

This project involved building a gunited pool 20 ft x 40 ft with a 10 ft x 8 ft spa for a lake front house with the ground sloping towards the lake. A pool equipment room and a shower room was added to integrate with the basement of the house. The project involved adding retaining walls and stairs from the pool level to the First Floor deck of the house. Among some of the constraints was limited access to the back of the house on the lake side from one side of the house.

We did engineer a solution and built the pool, paved deck around the house, and landscaping around the pool respecting the site view considerations for the neighbors on either side of the house.
