It was a very interesting day today -- a visit to the North-Avon Hill Lanes Bowling Alley in Rochester Hills Michigan -- my last visit there being in April 1998.

My last visit there was in response to a call from owner Tom Langan for a project to install CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) monitors. The CRT monitors were hung with chains supported on roof-truss purlins some 21 feet up from floor level.

Now Tom Langan is adding more monitors LCD/Plasma screens between the Qubica CRT monitors that were added in 1998.

The plans are to support the LCD/Plasma monitors to the existing supports that were added for the Qubica CRT monitor support project. It seems viable. I am going to discuss the supporting/fastening plan with the LCD/Plasma screen installer.
