Existing-House_Fix-To-Restore-Structural-Integrity-Of-Cut-Framing-Part2-OseH1-102

In my last post on this project, I showed you pictures of the Existing-House_Fix-To-Restore-Structural-Integrity-Of-Cut-Framing-OseH1-102.

Here I present a drawing with some pictures of the cut framing and the proposed design fix. The contractor may want to go beyond just restoring the structural integrity for the cut framing -- and may also work on such items as the guard rail around the stairs leading down from the attic.

If there is some thing else of interest I will keep you posted with the progress as we go along.
