There are some key requirements that lead to a project being a success.

Although every project is unique, has its own special needs, features, intricacies, and so forth ... some are big, some are small, some are short, some are tall, some are built in the summer, and some in the fall, some are lake-front, some have walk-outs, some are boxy and some have a number of cut-outs ... but no matter, all of them are special, and for any project to be successfully completed, some key-requirements must be met
