Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant & Pub on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Twp Michigan -- Building Addition and Upgrading

On Jun-10-2008, concrete was placed in sections of the ICF walls from window sill to just below the ICF headers under Second Floor level.

Then we looked at the installation of anchor plates for rim joist that would support the Second Floor joists.

Today, on Jun-12-2008 concrete was placed in the header section below the Second Floor level. The pump arrived at 7:30 in the morning and the concreting began at 8:00 AM. Also bright and early on the site today were our special team members Gloria Martin (Mrs. Robert Martin Jr), and Alfred Lopez, P.E. of Lopez Engineering.

The concreting was done by 9:30 AM, and you will see some shots of the concreting operation in the pictures that I present here for your reference.
