In my post Rehabilitation-Of-An-Existing-Commercial-Building-As-A-MotorCyle-Accessories-Store of May-13-2007, I talked about the structural integrity issues with the building.

The City of Wayne Building Department required that the building be inspected by a Structural Engineer and present a report on the structural condition of the building -- point out the fixes that need to be implemented, and submit a drawing of the required fixes so that the owners can pull a permit to make the needed fixes.

The part of the building to the North had no permanent foundation -- that part of the building was built without any building permit. In the following drawing, among other things I document details of the needed corrective action to restore the structural integrity of the building so that after implementing the needed fixes, the owners can get an occupancy permit.
