Conclusion

The exterior block masonry walls are in need of repair. All the door and window lintels need to be checked -- aligned, reinforced, repaired as necessary. Missing and/or damaged mortar joints need to be repaired. Roof gutters need to be aligned to ensure that the runoff from the roof is directed properly to be drained away from the building.

Based on my field inspection, the information provided to me, my engineering judgment, and my practical experience, I believe that with the recommended repairs carried out in a workman like manner, the structural components of the facility will carry all the intended dead and live loads safely and securely and the rehabilitated facility will provide gainful service for many years to come.
