from our portfolio of Recent Projects

Our Recent-Projects Include New Construction As-Well-As Addition and Renovation of House, Commercial, Condo, Light-Industrial, Multi-Family Buildings, ...

This single story building with a pitched roof had its HVAC units located at grade level. For security reasons, the owners decided to relocate the units and move them on to the roof of the building. The building has a pitched roof with a small flat section. With the selected location of the roof top units, the units are carried partly on the exterior wall of the building and partly on the roof trusses.

In my last post I showed you the pictures of the building where HVAC-Units-On-Roof are to be installed.

Here is a drawing showing the details for anchoring the platform that will carry the roof top units to the block masonry wall on the East side of the platform and to the roof trusses in the attic on the West side of the platform.

I will keep you posted if there is anything else of interest on this installation.
