General Inspection of Structural Items

The ICF walls are 10" thick Reddi-Wall -- a screen-grid type ICF wall. The basement walls are reinforced with
nominally #4 @ 10" c/c vertically and #4 @ 12" c/c horizontally. At the upper level, the walls are reinforced with
nominally #4 @ 20" c/c vertical and #3 @ 24" c/c horizontal bars
